MEET The Founder

Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. For years, I created for myself—chasing meaning, identity, and fulfillment in my accomplishments and in the promises of the world. I believed peace and joy would come when I graduated, when I made a certain amount of money, or when I landed the next job. But none of those things ever satisfied me. Each time I reached a goal and found it empty, the finish line moved to the next achievement, the next paycheck, the next milestone—always out of reach.

On September 26, 2023, everything changed. I walked into a church as an atheist, and I left that same day knowing Jesus is Lord and my Savior. I was baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, and from that moment, the Lord completely transformed my life. He gave me a new identity—not rooted in achievements, but in Him alone. For the first time, I was filled with peace, joy, and love that I had never known or even believed possible before Christ—things the world had promised but never delivered.

Soon after being saved, God graced me with a hunger for His Word. That foundation has kept me from falling back into worldliness, deception, and sin. Before salvation, I had never read the Bible or prayed, but now Scripture is my anchor. I could not walk this journey without it. His Word has guarded me, guided me, and shaped who I am today.

I’ve always loved creating, but now every design, every word, every project is rooted in something greater: the truth of God’s Word and the hope of the Gospel. The gifts I once used only for myself, God has now called me to use for His Kingdom and His glory.

This business was born out of that calling: to turn creativity into a tool that encourages, inspires, and points people back to Him. My heart is for this to be more than just art or design—it’s about carrying Scripture and truth into everyday life in a way that meets people where they are. Words have power, and when they come from the Word of God, they bring light, freedom, and healing. That’s the mission behind everything I create: to remind others of the One who truly satisfies.

MY Story

In late 2024, if someone had asked me how my life was going, I would have said, Everything is on fire.”

I had spent years working on a business that no longer worked. Deep down, I knew it wasn’t about performance—it was God getting my attention. Like a mother eagle pulling feathers from the nest to make her babies uncomfortable so they’ll learn to fly, God was urging me to step into something new.

On October 25th, 2024, a sister in Christ prayed Isaiah 40:31 over me:

“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
they shall walk and not faint.”

But at first, I didn’t fly—I fell flat on my face. I realized I had spent most of my walk with the Lord fighting to stay in control of my life, when it is not mine to control.

Soon after, everything collapsed. Collection calls rang nonstop. Eviction loomed. Bills stacked up higher than ever. I was drowning under a weight I couldn’t fix.

At the end of myself, I began to fast and pray. On December 4th, just two days before my court date, God spoke to me in the secret place. He told me to begin writing a journal and gave me a vision for a company built on one foundation alone:

“That Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3).

The vision overflowed with joy, but I knew God also needed to cleanse me of pride, fear, and insecurity. I clung to His Word: God doesn’t call the qualified—He qualifies the called. Like Moses, who felt unworthy, or Jeremiah, who feared his youth, I stepped into the stormy waters, trusting that by faith, I would walk and not drown.

It wasn’t easy. I had no internet at home and often worked from cafés until they closed, sometimes sitting in the cold to keep going. I came within days of losing my apartment. Yet by God’s grace, a miracle came—I received more than enough to keep my home and fund the first journals, manufactured on January 3rd, 2025. Soon after, He called me to begin a podcast as well.

Month after month, though I had no income, God provided. In the middle of loss, funerals, and trials, I clung to the threads of His robe and returned again and again to His Word. I know Scripture cannot lie, and if I wasn’t yet seeing its promises in my life, it only meant God was not finished.

The Mission

This is how The Word was born: a ministry disguised as a business. It was created by God, through me, to provide resources that equip, empower, and encourage believers, while reaching the lost and advancing the Kingdom of God.

The Word is not about money or success for its own sake. Jesus warned, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:21). My treasure is in heaven. This company exists to glorify Christ, serve people in need, and remind the Church to stay rooted in the streams of living water.

“Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world” (James 1:27, NKJV).

I pray God will use this work to:

  • Fight the epidemic of starvation (70% of all profit will go to nonprofits to help)

  • Bring prodigals home

  • Strengthen His sons and daughters in His Word

  • Help prepare His bride for Christ’s return

My Prayer

I may not feel like the “best” person for the job, but I’m the one God called. And who am I to question the purpose He prepared for me to walk in and the will He has for my life?

My prayer is that The Word blesses you and draws you closer to Jesus. Every purchase is not just a transaction, but a seed laid up in heaven—a step toward meeting the needs of the hurting, a reminder of the hope we have in Christ, and a way I can serve you with the gifts God has given me.

Together, let’s build something that will last for eternity.
I love you, but know that Jesus loves you the

most-est!
